In recent years, dental 3D technology has completely transformed the way prosthetic structures are designed and manufactured, enabling faster, more precise processes that are tailored to each patient.
At CNC Dental, we incorporate this technology into every stage of our work, from digital scanning to final milling, with a single aim: to offer laboratories and clinics a service that meets their patients’ needs. This development not only improves lead times but also enhances the quality and durability of every piece that leaves our premises.
Digital design and precision manufacturing
The digital workflow begins with intraoral scanning or the scanning of physical models, which replaces traditional impressions and significantly reduces the margin of error. Using this digital file, our design team works with specialised software such as Exocad and 3Shape to plan each structure before sending it to production.
Thanks to this process, we are able to offer a specialised service to laboratories and clinics that do not have their own CAD system, taking full responsibility for the entire design process in an exclusive and bespoke manner. Next comes the manufacturing phase, where we combine precision milling with 3D printing depending on the material and the specific component required, working with materials such as monolithic zirconia, sintered metal, lithium disilicate or high-strength resins, always selecting the most suitable option for each clinical case.
Ongoing support for laboratories and clinics
Beyond design and manufacturing, at CNC Dental we understand that technology is only meaningful if accompanied by sound advice. That is why we work side by side with each client throughout every stage of the process, helping to resolve technical queries, suggesting the most appropriate material for each structure and always striving for maximum precision in the final adjustments.
This support translates into fewer reworks, shorter lead times and more predictable results for the end patient. We continue to invest in training and the constant updating of our equipment because we know that 3D technology is advancing very rapidly, and we want our clients to always have access to the most reliable solutions on the market, with the guarantee and personalised service that have characterised us since our inception.
